Rules & Guidelines

To keep Madfutsal's football courts safe, enjoyable, and well-run for every player who steps onto our pitches, we ask all visitors, league participants, and casual players to follow the guidelines outlined below. These rules exist not to restrict your experience, but to protect it — ensuring every session runs smoothly for you and everyone sharing the facility.

  1. Arrive on time

    Please arrive on time for your booked slot. Our sessions are scheduled back-to-back to accommodate as many players and teams as possible, and late arrivals may result in a reduced playing time or, in some cases, forfeiture of part of your session, since we're unable to extend court time at the expense of the next booking.

  2. Keep it clean

    Please no eating on the pitch, eating must be done in the restaurant/bar, all rubbish should be thrown away in the provided bins and try by all means to keep the environment clean and safe for everyone.

  3. Proper footwear

    Proper footwear is mandatory on our indoor courts. Only appropriate indoor football shoes are permitted — outdoor cleats, studs, or street shoes are strictly prohibited, as they damage the playing surface and create safety hazards for other players. Players arriving without suitable footwear may be asked to sit out or purchase/rent appropriate shoes if available on-site.

  4. Respect everyone

    Respect is non-negotiable at Madfutsal. All players are expected to treat staff, fellow players, opposing teams, and facility equipment with courtesy and care at all times. This is a community space built around the love of the game, and that spirit depends on everyone showing up with the right attitude.

  5. Zero tolerance

    Abusive language, physical violence, deliberate damage to equipment, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any player found engaging in such behaviour will be removed from the premises immediately, with no refund issued for the remaining session time, regardless of how the booking was arranged.

  6. Cancellations

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us via WhatsApp with as much advance notice as possible. This allows us to offer the slot to other players and keep our scheduling fair and efficient for the whole Madfutsal community.

  7. Play at your own risk

    Finally, participation in any Madfutsal activity — whether league play, casual sessions, or private pitch hire — is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Football is a physical sport, and while we maintain our facilities to a high standard, Madfutsal is not responsible for injuries sustained or even death during play. Players are encouraged to warm up properly, play within their physical limits, and inform staff of any pre-existing conditions that may affect their participation.
